From the Producer

This show began when I realized I was sitting on a gold mine (or cornucopia if you will) of audio, all relating to food. In my career as a freelance food journalist the lengths of items I have produced for CBC Radio in Canada are limited by the shows for which they have been commissioned. Imagine the frustration of having 20 minutes of a great interview with Anthony Bourdain or Jamie Oliver and only being able to use 2-3 minutes of it on the air!

That's why All You Can Eat exists. To get more of the intriguing sounds of people and their food passions to a wider audience. I hope it's working! Let me know....
